**THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are thrilled to be working with a peak professional association that are specialists in their field and are globally regarded for their work. As a not-for-profit organisation, they are dedicated to providing impeccable service to their 1,800 members. They offer a flexible work environment, including the ability to some days from home and flexible working hours, to support their member and team needs. This position will be based in Adelaide on an initial 2 year contract.

**THE ROLE**

As part of a small and supportive team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating an ongoing and evolving project. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and engage with hospitals and stakeholders across the country to ensure their participation in the project. This diverse role also includes coordinating meetings, managing stakeholders, and contributing to other projects as needed.

**DUTIES**
- Coordinate project activities, including scoping, planning, and monitoring performance indicators.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance indicators, providing timely reports.
- Manage day-to-day project operations and serve as the main point of contact for progress updates and objectives.
- Provide executive support to Committee, Working Groups, and project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Management or Health Sciences.
- A background working in a clinical or public sector environment would be highly beneficial
- Highly competent in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with a team across multiple locations
