Reporting to the Head of Airport Planning, the Project Coordinator will be accountable for effective and efficient project support associated with the delivery of Adelaide Airport’s development vision across Adelaide and Parafield Airport precincts.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing an understanding of project scope and particulars including program, financials and outcomes
- Assisting with management of consultants including preparation of tenders and contracts, purchase ordering, delivery of scope on time and budget
- Preparing internal reports, document control and coordination of meetings and workshops
- Assisting in the Building Approval process in relation to any site testing/works which may be required and issue of the PERCOW
- Undertaking minor Project Activities

**Key requirements include**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (and ideally MSP) with administrative and reporting experience and the ability to manage multiple activities in an operating environment
- Previous experience of Construction/Building/Project Management
- Experience and skills in negotiation strategies
