**The Role**

As a member of the Major Asset Lifecycle Environmental team the purpose of the Projects coordinator is to support the Legacy Sites business area in achieving its strategic objectives through coordinating and organising execution of contracts, engaging and coordinating site maintenance contractors, undertaking project administration tasks, coordinating and filing of technical reports and contracts to support project management.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Engagement and coordination of site maintenance contractors
- Negotiate and execute minor contracts using Origin standard templates (MSA, WA, SA etc)
- Coordinate and/or support procurement activities including RFx documentation and supplier evaluation processes
- Provide support for the development of Project Business Cases, OIC FID papers etc
- Setting up of suppliers, contracts registration, purchase orders, processing supplier invoices etc in procurement system
- Assisting in the management of deliverables to be provided by contractors including management plans, subcontractor approvals, schedules, insurances and technical reports
- Undertaking contract management and other administrative duties in compliance with Origin's directives, policies and guidelines

**About you**
- 1-2 years contractor management experience
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders
- Experience in negotiating and drafting simple contracts using template agreements
- Experience in project administration
- Experience in purchasing and procurement
- Understanding of general contract law principals including contract structures and terms
- Experience in various standard computer packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Teams and Outlook
- Ability to change tasks and multi-skill under a dynamic environment
