oversee the University's expansion projects

Role Description

This
mock role
is for a
Junior Project Coordinator
(training position). In this scenario, the Junior Project Coordinator would assist in:

  • Coordinating project activities across infrastructure, construction, IT, and database projects
  • Scheduling meetings and managing communications with stakeholders
  • Supporting project managers in documentation and progress tracking
  • Ensuring simulated projects align with timelines and budgetary expectations

This exercise mirrors the responsibilities of real junior coordinator roles and helps applicants build confidence in applying for graduate-level positions.

Qualifications (simulated for training)

  • Strong interest in project coordination and scheduling
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Documentation and organizational skills
