**About the role**

A leading milling, manufacturing, and distributor of flour-based food products are looking for a, Customer Service Officer to join their successful team, based in Tennyson. This will be a temp to perm role on a 12-month contract (Maternity Cover). Hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Thursday and 7am - 3pm Friday.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Process all customer orders/enquiries effectively and follow up on orders placed by the sales account managers.
- Data entry and Administration
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Resolving customer enquiries and issues
- Assisting other member of team when required
- Ensure effective time management is undertaken to complete all daily tasks.

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Sound administrative skills and computer literacy
- Capable and prepared to follow given instructions, procedures, and policies
- Experience in FMCG Industry is advantageous
