**Customer Service Officer**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Officers to join our growing team in Brisbane.

In this entry level position, you will be required to respond to telephone enquiries from clients and process their requests for interpreting sessions. You will be friendly, personable, and polite, with a commitment to delivering quality customer service. This position is suited to someone who is looking to being a career in the customer service industry, with an organisation motivated to make a difference.

- Key responsibilities:_
- Answer incoming telephone calls as per agreed targets
- Greet callers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Verbally confirm all booking details with the client prior to submitting
- Undertake administrative duties when required (including data entry)
- Support and offer assistance to other team members when required
- Create bookings and identify urgent bookings, when needed
- Manage and respond to complaints, whilst following workplace policies and guidelines
- Follow all workplace polices, processes and procedures

Skills and experience:

- No previous customer service experience required - but you must be a people person
- Strong level of written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail level
- Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment
- A strong understanding of Windows-based software
- Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)
