Our Head Office is in Wangara WA, and we cover all states and territories and offer a 24-7 emergency make safe service; domestic, commercial and strata repairs; specialist major and complex claims and catastrophe response services.
**The role**
The role of a customer service officer within the Customer Service Team means you’ll be a part of the day shift within a 24/7 department. Extensive training is provided for the first three months, then ongoing as required.
You’ll be trained how to co-ordinate emergency repairs for our customers and clients, liaise with all stake holders of an insurance claim, data entry processing on our internal systems and external client portals and how/when to escalate complex issues through to relevant team members.
**Skills, and experience**
- Australian residency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and confident attitude with high focus on customer service and ability to sustain positive working relationships.
- Reliable and proactive work ethic.
- Courteous, respectful, and empathetic.
- Refined time management and organisational skills.
- Desirable is experience in Insurance repairs and/or within the construction industry and an understanding of building construction and methodology. Also desirable is experience in the use of Ensureflow software and Microsoft Office 365

- Australian residency and the legal right to work in Australia
- Highlighted examples of your experience with customer service and how you sustain positive working relationships.

- Outline of problem solving and dispute resolution skills
- Examples of being reliable and proactive without supervision
