**The Opportunity**
Our client is a leader in their field with a culture built on fun, respect, and innovation. They have a reputation for excellence and commitment in their industry. They are seeking a committed and diligent Customer Service Officer to work in with their Customer Service team. Based in the heart of Brisbane, ideally this is an office based role but once training is completed there would be flexible working arrangements.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to enquiries from customers on a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice and information on services via telephone, or in writing
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with service delivery systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Educate client/customers/trades on their products and raise awareness and ensure compliance with legislation and/or processes.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of their clients.
**Skills and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to deliver a high level of verbal and written communication skills,
- Demonstrated resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions,
- Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening,
- An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Good time management skills - you will need to find a healthy balance between delivering a quality outcome, whilst remaining highly efficient.
- The ability to work autonomously.
