We are a small but busy Respiratory and Sleep Medicine specialist practice located within the Wollongong Medical Precinct.

**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team to manage the day to day responsibility of a small but busy practice.
- Taking patient appointments over the phone and in person
- Managing the appointment schedule
- Polite and professional interaction with patients
- Managing Eftpos transactions
- Managing patient correspondence and referrals
- Using medical software

**Skills and experience**
- Medical receptionist experience
- Medical Director / Blue Chip proficiency
- Exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Private billing experience
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently

Job Duties:

- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Answering and routing phone calls

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
