This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & experienced Medical Receptionist to join a highly skilled professional team in a fast-paced office.

**About us**:
Wollongong Surgical Associates delivers specialist surgical care in the areas of General, Colorectal, Endocrine and Head and Neck Cancer Surgery

**About the role**:
Roles and responsibilities

Booking patient appointments

Maintaining patient records

General reception duties

Patient billing

Liaising with hospitals and other medical professionals

Ad-hoc administrative duties

Previous experience in a similar role - Preferred but not essential

Experience with Genie practice software preferred but not essential

Good problem solving and organisational skills

Friendly personality - approachable and outgoing

Ability to work independently, take initiative and multitask

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour

Experience in a medical setting will be highly regarded
