The Recruitment Officer is part of the dynamic Capability Team in Homes Victoria, providing high-level administrative and client service to hiring managers, prospective and active job applicants, the Senior Workforce Development Advisers. Recruitment Advisers, and other stakeholders on a wide range of recruitment-related matters.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Provide administrative support in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment including preparing PDs for advertising (formatting); scheduling interviews; conducting pre-employment checks including references: preparing on-boarding documentation: and producing a range of correspondence.
- Provide timely authoritative advice to managers and applicants on a range of recruitment matters, including best practice recruitment methodologies, legislative requirements, recruitment polices and processes.
