**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Team Lead, these roles will be accountable for incoming calls, and associated administration tasks. As part of the Customer Service Team you will have a focus on providing quality customer service whilst raising service requests and providing information as required. In this role you will collaborate across the organisation to ensure exemplary customer service outcomes with a focus on continual improvement and service quality.

**About the Person**

To be considered for the role, you will be a self motivated and autonomous customer service professional with a proactive approach to their work as a part of a fast paced team. Your previous experience with customer service and data entry will be able to be demonstrated immediately.

**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience in a contact center.
- Exceptional Customer Experience skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of process improvement within a consultative and constructive framework.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to share information and encourage others to learn.
- Sound IT literacy skills.
