**Customer Solutions Consultant**
As Customer Solutions Consultant with Red Energy you are our first point of contact for all of our existing customers. You will talk to customers over the phone, assess their needs and provide a resolution while giving exceptional customer service.

Call types can include taking payments, account enquiries and general billing enquiries.

We're offering permanent FULL TIME WORK FROM HOME opportunities, working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and currently 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off during that week.

**You will need**:

- Strong customer service experience
- A strong customer focus and great communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- A willingness to learn, develop and self motivate
- Confidence in learning new technologies and navigating computer systems
