Role Overview:

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll provide post-sales administration and customer support, ensuring members and customers receive timely, accurate, and personalised service. Working closely with the team, you'll handle email and phone enquiries, manage data entry with precision, and assist with sales support and product administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in busy environments and is ready to jump in and keep things moving.

About the Person:

We're looking for someone who is positive, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You'll be detail-oriented, adaptable, and have a strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and stay switched on under pressure. A good sense of teamwork, resilience, and willingness to get stuck in will see you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and online channels
  • Manage post-sales administration and ensure accurate data entry
  • Support the team by booking appointments, processing transactions, and resolving enquiries
  • Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience in solar/energy (desirable but not essential)
  • Police clearance and medical clearance required
