We are seeking an individual who would relish the opportunity to be a longstanding member of our business. We envision our property management team growing as we continue to dominate the local area. Therefore, this role has potential to progress into a leadership opportunity where the successful applicant will help expand and oversee our Property Management department. We want you to be an integral part of our business and will support you and guide you on your journey to the top.
Previous property management experience is highly desired and advantageous, however, we are also interested in individuals who have the right attitude with relevant and transferable skills. Attitude is everything to us, we can teach you the skills if you have the right driven, work ethic and motivation to succeed.

**Your duties will include**:
- New Tenancy Preparation;
- Conducting home opens;
- Ad hoc administration tasks for the Property Management team;
- Organising maintenance as requested;
- Attend final bond inspections as required;
- Advertising properties on VaultRE;
- Updating property condition reports;
- Lease agreement preparation for new and existing tenants;
- Tenant Relations: Assist in handling tenant enquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner;
- Routine inspection assistance;
- Administrative tasks: Maintain property records and filing systems; and Prepare reports, correspondence and other documents as requested.
**To succeed in this role you'll have**
- Previous property management experience;
- A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- NCAT experience preferred but not essential;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy; and
- A valid drivers licence.
