Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is a premium 4.5-star resort-style hotel overlooking the white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and Sydney's picturesque Botany Bay. The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and is on track to be one of the best event venues in NSW.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Plumber to join our team at Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across the hotel, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency. You'll work closely with management and contractors, contributing to both day-to-day operations and larger refurbishment projects in this landmark property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and associated equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with water, gas, and drainage systems efficiently
  • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Assist the wider maintenance team with general repairs and tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with WHS guidelines, safety standards, and industry codes

About You:

  • Cert. IV in Plumbing (required) with NSW license
  • Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
  • Previous experience in large hotels or similar environments highly regarded
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communicator who can work independently and within a team
