**The Opportunity**:
Minda has a unique opportunity for a customer focussed Maintenance Manager to coordinate and lead both reactive and planned building and maintenance works across Minda’s extensive portfolio of holdings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Infrastructure and Facilities, this role will be required to:

- Ensure the physical assets of Minda buildings, fixed equipment and environs are well maintained and completed to legislative standards and contract conditions.
- Prioritise and coordinate maintenance work and distribute work requests.
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to workers and contractors to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Manage complex or escalated maintenance issues as required.
- Assist to develop and implement asset and facilities management plans and event setups.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Significant trade or property maintenance experience, and ability to identify, assess and delegate or action maintenance works.
- Leadership experience to lead others to effectively achieve goals.
- Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to write clear reports and estimate costs on complex maintenance works.
- Experience using Asset Management software and/ or Building Management systems.
- Knowledge of building codes, practices and standards.

**Desirable**:

- Trade discipline or Builders licence and/ or significant experience in maintenance or trades work.

**Other**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Current and unrestricted South Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Up to date vaccinations against Covid-19.
