**The Opportunity**:
CSL Behring is undergoing extensive and positive change as we expand and grow. In addition to contributing to Australia’s export economy, CSL has invested and continues to invest in substantial new Logistic Hub facilities to support our global strategy and provide the network with crucial supply of product sourced from our Melbourne facility.

We are looking for a **Logistics Administrator **to join Logistics and Warehouse team on full-time permanent basis at our Broadmeadows site.

Reporting to the **Logistics Administration Supervisor **, you will be responsible for the organisation and provision of all general office tasks associated with the daily running of Logistics. You will ensure documents are managed and archived following CSL's policies and procedures and co-ordinate bookings to ensure customer delivers are met.

**The Role**:

- Receipt direct and indirect materials within the inventory management system and ensure Purchase Order non-conformances are documented appropriately.
- Maintain excellence in safety through accountability and help simplify processes.
- Upload information relating to inbound plasma deliveries within LOGIC.
- Coordinate time slots for both raw materials and plasma booking of selected vendors within agreed timeframes.
- Help with coordination and management of inventory transfers between 3PL warehouses.
- Manage waste collection and assist with data collection and reporting of Logistics KPI’s.
- Ensure warehouse and distribution activities are cGMP, GDP and GWP compliant.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Completed a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent.
- Previous administration experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Demonstrated report writing skills.
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems (SAP) preferable/advantageous.
