**Then come and join our global team as a Logistics Administrator. **Reporting into the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, the Logistics Administrator will primarily be responsible for the timely return of service parts from the field to our suppliers, whilst ensuring that target logistic cost levels are maintained. This position can be worked hybrid, with a combination of attendance at our Hawthorn East office and work from home.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Assessment and processing return requests from field to third party warehouse in economic and efficient way.
- Ensure return shipments are performed in line with ARTD guidelines and local regulations.
- Assist in the co-ordination of export activities for spare parts and other adhoc requests.
- Ensure all exports comply with Export Control policies.
- Regular visit to 3PL warehouse to monitor the return areas and assist return handling when required.
- Actioning transactions in SAP to record the movement.
- Responsible for the tracking, follow up and reporting of all return shipments from end to end to fulfil the global target.
- Responsible for the tacking, follow up and reporting of credit claims.
- Responsible for maintaining return performance database.
- Facilitate return issue log meetings to drive continuous improvements and accountability.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in logistics or equivalent field will be considered advantageous.
- Must have 2+ years’ experience in logistics or similar related positions.
- Must have advanced Excel skills and knowledge.
- Experience in SAP MM & SD Module is preferable.
- Experience in export control is highly regarded.
- Experience in dangerous goods handling is highly regarded.
- Capability for root cause analyses.

This position requires occasional attendance at our Warehouse based in Tullamarine.
