**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing weekly and monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Preparing monthly/quarterly budgets vs actual analysis and explain trends and variances
- Analyzing business operational costs vs income
- Performing analysis of expenditures and maintenance of various reports
- Developing and implementing appropriate internal control policies and procedures
- Responsible for cash flow maintenance and forecasts, and raise any potential issues to management
- Continuous review of business unit processes to drive process improvement
- Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies as required in the business
- Ensuring all financial records are accurate and maintaining internal controls in place to prevent fraud and errors
- Managing and protecting the financial information and records of the company
- Assuring compliance of financial statements as per the statutory requirements.

**Position Requirements**
- Degree qualification in accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Previous experience with MYOB preferred
- 2 years plus experience as an assistant or Junior accountant is preferred
- Well organized, responsible, great team player with strong work ethics
