**About the Role**:
We’re currently seeking a **VIP Team Manager **to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our office in Adelaide, from 9 am until 6pm.
- Proven managerial experience, preferably specializing in premium account management, sales or customer service roles.
- A strategic mindset and strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of VIP Managers and drive performance. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in the gambling industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to travel, attend events & meet clients overseas.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading and managing a team of VIP Managers responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with high-value VIP players.
- Providing guidance, support, and training to VIP Managers to ensure they deliver exceptional service and tailored experiences to VIP clientele.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives to enhance VIP player retention and loyalty, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- Collaborating closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, key initiatives, and strategic recommendations.

**Salary on offer**: AUD90,000 - AUD120,000, based on experience
