**About the Role**:
We’re currently seeking charistmatic individuals to join our team as **VIP Account Managers.** This is a full-time position based at our office in Adelaide, from 10:30am until 7:30pm.
- Proven experience in an account manager/ account executive/ or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly attitude with relationship-building skills to foster positive and lasting partnerships.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailored to their individual preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention and loyalty, including creating exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP players.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
