APG is currently seeking a Project Officer for a 3 Month contract within a Kingswood Government Sector.

**Primary Purpose of the Role**
Lead daily operations, projects and services in order to deliver against complex customer and Museum of History (MHNSW) requirements while supporting and optimising associated policies, procedures and guidelines to drive quality and efficiency for the organisation.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Scope Customer needs and collaborate with other MHNSW teams in order to develop relevant proposals that outline how MHNSW service offerings meet the customer’s requirements while ensuring appropriate resource planning, project scheduling and cost inputs are considered when formulating a proposal.
- Manage assigned projects and services in line with defined KPI’s, including the transition-in or exit/completion of customer projects/services to ensure all forecasting, reporting and billing activities are completed accurately and on-time, adjusting to new or revised requirements that may be defined from time to time.
- Undertake Subject Matter Expert (SME) activities in relation to the presentation of MHNSW Capabilities, including directly with customers and at MHNSW, Government or Industry events.
- Oversee and coordinate activities in order to influence continuous improvement, issue and problem management, and people and capability development processes with a strong safety focus.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure the relevant operational deliverables are met.
- Supervise and develop assigned team to ensure team members are engaged and appropriately skilled to deliver efficient, cost effective and customer focused services.
- Collaborate with other teams, management and the MHNSW Executive to support the implementation of strategies and initiatives outlined in operational plans.

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
- Experience scoping customer requirements, services and projects that are to be delivered in collaboration with multiple functional areas.
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume service delivery environment.
- Experience with high volume Digitisation or other processing environment.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Criminal Record Check Required
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
