After successfully acquiring an impressive long term contract with a international brand we are looking to further bolster our growing team. This would be an unmissable opportunity to join a strong, growing team of 30+ employees across the world.

The Account Manager role will be responsible for developing and managing our high-value players, aiming at building relationships that will drive loyalty across the brand. This role will require expert attention to detail and customer service as you will be a direct line of communication between your portfolio and the brand.

Reporting directly to the department lead the Account Manager will drive the brands vision to be industry leading in providing positive customer experiences and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players through various channels.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between our players and the brand in order to quickly resolve any enquiries and situations.
- Ensure highest level of retention of key players using player trends, behaviors, interests and dislikes.
- Maintain, execute, and improve on overall strategy for retaining assigned portfolio.
- Building and understanding player profiles through behavior and trend analysis of activity with a great attention to detail.
- Ensure proper communication between management, product operations, CRM, customer operations to optimize the customers experience.

Job Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and phone experience (inbound support & outbound). Sales experience is an added bonus.
- Exceptional ability to build rapport with the brand’s top end players.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries with an extremely flexible work schedule.
- Customer-driven - IGaming experience is a plus

**Salary**: $57,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingswood, SA 5062: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
