Davidson have proudly partnered with a government agency who are looking to bring on an experienced Stakeholder and Communication Analyst. This is a 12 month initial contract with potential to extend beyond.

This role requires an individual who is well versed and experienced in organisational change activities as well as communication and planning across Workplace and Technology. This role will be primarily focusing on communications with a diverse range of stakeholder groups.

You will be responsible for assisting in all communication initiatives that are involved in this organisation's largest program of work.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting stakeholders including change managers, delivery leaders and project managers to support overall experience to ensure delivery and deployment success across the business.
- Manage and support all communication channels and portals in the organisation such as program updates, business engagement forums
- Assist the Stakeholder and Communications manager with the planning, integration and execution of communication plans and activities ensuring these align with overarching program outcomes.
- Work closely with communications and media relations stakeholders to provide materials on request and identify opportunity for upcoming briefing and media
- Working collaboratively with other key Business units to assist in the success of the overall projects and initiatives

**You will have**:

- Experience working in a Communications/PMO/Change teams working to deliver technology change
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations appropriately
- Experience working in complex corporate / program environments
- Great attitude to dealing with change and priorities
