Davidson have proudly partnered with an Education provider who are in the midst of implementing new systems and process as part of a significant transformation program to implement a new education model. They are looking for a solution orientated Change Analyst to support the implementation of these technologies and new ways of working. This is a hands-on role for an experienced change analyst with strong engagement and communications skills.
- This is a contract until June 30 th with views of extension. This role is Melbourne based with hybrid working from home flexibility.

**What you will be doing**:

- Analysis across data and processes to support and direct project teams on key areas of focus for change initiatives
- Developing impact assessments, business readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping frameworks across both current state and future state
- Building and managing high quality change and communication artefacts and documents, including development of communication plans
- Clearly defining objective, targets and measures to assess change effectiveness and integrate change management planning and evaluation with the broader organisational change standards
- Working closely within a collaborative change team

**About you**:

- Relevant degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change and/or communications and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience in change management; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or education training
- Having sound knowledge and understanding of Change Management methodology and framework (PROSCI, ADKAR)
- Proven ability to respond to issues that may have a business or student impact and recommend potential changes to business process or system enhancement.
- Ability to engage and build capability through a variety of learning approaches to cater to a diverse range of stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, process mapping and written instruction development skills
