What's on offer?
We are seeking an experienced and energetic
Community & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
to complement our existing team and support our expanding long-term program of works in the Victorian Utilities sector. Based in Metropolitan Melbourne, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering a diverse portfolio of multidisciplined projects, including earthworks, treatment plants, large-scale pipelines, pump stations and concrete structures.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to advance your career, working alongside seasoned industry professionals on varied and impactful projects. In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging stakeholders, landowners, indigenous communities, local councils, state governments and any other governing bodies/authorities
• Ensuring all contractual and legislative requirements are met prior to access of land for survey and construction works
• Proactively manage key stakeholders expectations and concerns to ensure access constraints do not inhibit the survey/construction program
• Promote a Safety First culture.

How you'll connect to the role:

• Ability to develop strong relationships with community and stakeholders at all levels
• Qualifications in communications and/or stakeholder engagement combined with hands on project experience in an infrastructure construction environment
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and balancing priorities
• Empathy, listening skills and the ability to make sound and balanced judgments
• A good understanding of the project life cycle of major infrastructure/construction projects
• Adopting and driving
