Communications & Stakeholder Manager
to lead our strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and impact—internally and externally.

What You'll Do
- Strategic Communications:
- Lead the development of communication strategies that protect and enhance our brand and reputation.
- Stakeholder & Government Engagement:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and government bodies.
- Internal Communications:
- Craft compelling internal messaging to inform, align, and inspire our teams.
- Media & PR:
- Be our media liaison and spokesperson. Shape our narrative across media platforms and ensure consistent and positive brand visibility.
- Crisis Communications:
- Take charge during critical incidents with timely and thoughtful communication to maintain trust and credibility.
- Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a small team of Communications Specialists, while playing a pivotal role within the Brand, Marketing & Communications function.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in senior communication roles
- Proven success in strategic communications, public/media relations, and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled in crisis communication and reputation management
- Strong understanding of government processes and advocacy strategies
- Inclusive communication style, with the ability to connect across diverse audiences
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in the human services sector is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or similar
