**Your new company**
Our state government client based in Perth’s Eastern Suburbs is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their human resources team on a temporary basis. This is a 6-month temporary contract with the opportunity to extend beyond.

**Your new role**
Your responsibilities will include:

- Work alongside the HR team to develop marketing strategic plans for sourcing talent resources
- Analyse and interpret forecasted recruitment/ workforce planning
- Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop target profiles
- Set a tangible Talent Acquisition Marketing plan including objectives, campaign schedule and implementation plans

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Passion to improve marketing and campaign processes
- Demonstrated good initiative
- Well demonstrated campaign and social media skills
- Corporate industry experience is desirable
