**Position Overview**

As Civeo grows, so does the
people

Roles include TA Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator and Onboarding & Mobilization.

**Key Responsibilities**- Support end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple regions- Schedule and coordinate recruitment activities.- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.- Conduct initial phone screening and facilitate assessments and interviews.- Coordinate onboarding for staff across remote Australian mining sites.- Collect and verify pre-employment documentation.- Maintain recruitment databases and track key metrics.- Build and maintain talent pipelines.- Manage shared inboxes and induction bookings.

**Qualifications**- Relevant Certificate-level qualification in Business, HR, or Administration, or equivalent experience in recruitment.

**Experience**- You may bring previous full-cycle recruitment experience; or proven experience in a recruitment support role; or you may be from an onboarding and compliance background.- Talent Acquisition experience within the hospitality sector will be highly
regarded
.- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred).

**Skills**- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Copilot & other AI-powered tools.- High attention to detail and confidentiality.- Strong
organisational
skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
