**Role Summary**:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an exciting opportunity in our Organisational Development and Partnering team based at our Perth CBD office.

The purpose of the role is to partner with the business to provide comprehensive end to end recruitment services that ensures the employee experience is the key driver and provide support on effective recruitment strategies, critical talent pipelining, advice on market insights & trends and be the SME on all recruitment related matters.

This role will support our Thermal Generation business unit that look after our current assets/power stations and Future Energy, roles in the exciting renewables space we are moving into

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Supporting the recruitment process throughout the entire lifecycle
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice whilst delivering a premium service focused on outcomes.
- Building sustainable and relevant talent pipelines to meet future workforce demands.
- Providing mentoring, coaching and advice to key stakeholders regarding best talent acquisition practice and methodologies.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role ideally with a focus on technical and engineering roles
- Experience developing and implementing a variety of sourcing and attraction strategies to assess key talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building.
