**About the Role**
Skout Solutions are looking to engage a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with experience in either Temp or Perm looking for their next opportunity within a fantastic team.

This role comes with the added security of being offered on a full-time permanent basis located at our East Perth Head Office, with flexible working arrangements. **Key Responsibilities**
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment advice and solutions
- End to end recruitment including drafting and posting job ads, shortlisting, interviewing conducting due diligence and offer management
- Creating and maintaining talent pools
- Organising and attendance at recruitment events and campaigns
- Working with the HR team regarding onboarding and compliance with policy and procedure
- Maintaining an excellent level of service delivery

**To be successful in the role, you will have the following attributes, skills and experience**
- Track record in high volume recruitment, ideally gained within the resources sector
- Thorough understanding of tight timeframes and ability to remain agile in fast moving environments
- Ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being able to contribute positively to a collaborative team
