With a proactive approach, you will effortlessly navigate demanding recruitment markets, ensuring Monadelphous remains the coveted "employer of choice" while securing exceptional talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their recruitment skills and work for a leading tier one contractor. Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: - 1:1 mentoring and development - Social club providing monthly events, lunch and discounts - Discount to health and fitness facilities as well as discounted Health Insurance **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate with Recruitment Support Officers to handover onboarding requirements including, pre-employment checks, pre-employment medical, ordering of PPE and mobilisation training requirements - Facilitating timely new starter onboarding and employee transfers and maintaining recruitment and mobilisation trackers - Ability to take the lead and be held responsible while anticipating problems or opportunities as they arise across the business and proactively identifying solutions **What you’ll bring**: - Team focused approach, promoting a positive and engaging work environmentefef - The ability to deliver high volume recruitment objectives whilst thinking longer-term and continuously driving innovation - A forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent while maintaining a general understanding of organisational fundamentals, models, and people management principles - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements - The ability to build strategic rapport quickly with different levels of stakeholders while anticipating project needs **Life at Monadelphous** There’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
