The Digital Experience Specialist-ANZ is a high-profile role that is responsible for optimising digital journeys & user experiences across multiple channels and our market leading brands.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The purpose of this role will be to support our sales, marketing, and other teams with effective digital journeys across a wide range of customers; determining their needs and translating these into optimised digital journeys. This role will aid in improving customer interaction and experience by creating more cohesive end to end digital campaigns.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Translating business, marketing and sales enablement strategies into engaging and interactive digital user journeys across multiple channels.
- Own and develop, in conjunction with global teams, the ANZ digital user journey and associated strategies.
- Planning and managing user journeys across multiple platforms and mediums to ensure consistent, optimised digital user journeys that result in a great user experience.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant policies and guidelines.
- Create, develop, and implement all digital platform channel plans consistent with the key objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations based on reporting and data
- Review trends and technologies that will keep Zoetis as the industry leader in digital marketing
**ABOUT YOU**
**Required skills**
- Experience in architecting digital journeys and optimising user experiences
- Hands on experience working and building within various digital platforms, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Content management systems
- Thorough knowledge of the marketing process, frameworks and tools, theoretically and operationally
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be integrated within the business to help deliver on overarching objectives
- Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels and functions through the local and global business including liaising with global teams
- Able to shift between strategic to highly tactical and implementation mindset
- Ability to develop commercial offerings that are delivered through digital channels so they are well adopted by target customers
- Problem solving attitude
