The Digital Sales Specialist is a high-profile role that is responsible for creating, executing, managing, and reporting on digitally focused sales campaigns across multiple channels and our market leading brands.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Responsible for identifying and developing digital customer segments to target for sales campaigns. Responsibility extends to data integrity and accuracy to ensure that we can effectively target the right customers with the right message at the right time.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Translating business, marketing, and sales objectives into actionable digital marketing segments across all our digital platforms working with internal teams to accomplish the digital sales objectives
- Clearly define benchmarking and success metrics for each execution including mid-campaign reviews and optimisation and post campaign reporting and analytics.
- Develop target customer groups for digital & integrated sales campaigns that are then rolled out through digital channels.
- Manage the digital data within the CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Support the team in ensuring validity and reliability of data.
- Analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mapping as required
- Ensure data governance & compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
**ABOUT YOU**
**Required skills**
- Hands on experience working and building segments and automations within Salesforce and bringing those segments across into Marketing Cloud and other platforms
- Experience working with sales teams and Salesforce to ensure data integrity and ability to influence sales team Behaviour towards better data integrity
- Ability to build workflows, customer journeys and complex reports within Salesforce and other digital systems such as Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to solve problems creatively.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing process, frameworks and tools, theoretically and operationally
- Problem solving attitude
