**A day in the life**
This role reports to the Leadership and Organisational Development Business Partner.
- Partner with the business to understand, assess, and report on learning needs and priorities. You will develop tailored learning plans and interventions that align with business strategies.
- Leverage emerging technologies and creative approaches to revolutionise our talent development initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and regional learning teams to ensure the successful implementation of learning solutions.
- Facilitate training programs and coordinate engagement with external vendors as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of leadership learning and organisational capability projects. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Be an active member of the global learning and development community. Play a key role in enhancing our onboarding to ensure new hires and line managers have an engaging and effective start
**What will make you successful**
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, or a related field
- Proven experience in learning, HR advisory and organisational development or preferably in a multinational organisation
- Understanding of learning needs analysis and instructional design principles
- Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and platforms
- Excellent digital acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to network with colleagues working in different geographical areas
- Passion for facilitating training sessions and strong project management and organisational skills
- Innovative mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement
- High level communication and facilitation skills
