**The Role**

The Marketing Campaign Specialist plays a central role in planning and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns at Best&Less. Success in this position is crucial for achieving planned sales growth, market share expansion, and meeting store traffic KPIs. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with the wider marketing team to communicate consumer insights, drive continual improvement in campaign execution quality, and maximize ROI.

Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, the role entails overseeing campaign planning and execution, mentoring the Marketing Coordinator, fostering team cohesion, and managing relationships with external vendors and collaborators.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Lead the development and execution of fully integrated 360° brand marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign touchpoints, ensuring accurate and timely delivery within approved budgets.
- Develop compelling marketing messages based on consumer insights and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Merchandise, Production, eComm, and Design, to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Effectively manage relationships with external agencies, licensors, and collaborators to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Provide reporting and analysis of campaign activity to inform strategic decision-making and drive continual improvement.
- Support the brand team with marketing decks, analysis, and administrative tasks as required.

**Who You Are**
- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand communications and integrated campaigns.
- You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an inquisitive mindset.
- You excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and thrive on problem-solving creatively.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
- You demonstrate a passion for driving results, innovation, and continuous improvement.
