**About the Role**:
This role is the engine room of the studio. As our Studio Success Manager, you’ll drive new enrolments through confident, timely follow-up and help shape a customer journey that feels seamless, supportive, and on-brand.

You’ll work alongside the CEO to manage our enrolment pipeline, keep operations flowing smoothly, and implement systems that support both families and staff. You won’t just keep things ticking — you’ll actively improve them.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Sales & Studio Experience**
- Convert leads into booked trials through confident communication and follow-up
- Help families feel supported from first enquiry to full enrolment
- Track performance and celebrate wins - because sales here means changing kids' lives

**Studio Flow & Systems**
- Oversee class schedules and bookings so everything runs like clockwork
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop workflows that make life easier for staff and families
- Spot problems early and come up with solutions that keep things moving smoothly
- Maintain a polished studio environment — clean, organised, and welcoming

**Studio Operations & Administration**
- Work side-by-side with the CEO to support daily operations
- Support staff in troubleshooting problems and escalate when necessary

**Events & Community**
- Assist with planning our fun and fabulous studio events
- Be a familiar, friendly presence at the front desk
- Contribute to a studio culture that's vibrant, supportive, and high performing

- **Experience**:

- Management: 3 years (required)
- Sales experience: 2 years (preferred)
- **Licence/Certification**:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- **Start Date**: Immediate
