Management Trainee

We are currently looking for an energetic and innovative individual to take on the challenge and join our Management Trainee Program in our store.

This exciting opportunity will keep you on your toes and give you valuable insight into the world of second hand dealing, pawn broking and personal finance. You should be passionate and professional, dedicated to exceeding KPIs and motivating your team to succeed.

With this opportunity you will receive an individually tailored training program depending on your previous experience that will have you participate in department specific course skills training days and develop your management skills.

**This is a diverse role with an assortment of duties, including but not limited to**:

- Work with your team to look at new approaches and initiatives to drive business and grow the customer base
- Manage and develop all department to increase GP, drive sales, improve service levels etc.
- Undertake audits and stock takes to ensure accuracy, consistency and best practice, ensuring all variances are investigated
- Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhere red to at all times
- Review mystery shopping reports and drive your team to exceed expectations
- Monitor the store's agreed weekly, monthly and annual budgets
- Coach, mentor and provide ongoing guidance and support to your team and our next wave of manager
