After huge success in Melbourne, BattleKart is now opening in Perth and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to lead our newest venue and help bring this groundbreaking entertainment experience to life in Western Australia.
About the Role
As the Site Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of BattleKart Perth. You'll lead the team, ensure world-class guest experiences, and maintain the highest operational and safety standards.
This role blends leadership, operations, and customer experience perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves seeing people smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations including track sessions, customer flow, and safety compliance.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of hosts, game operators, and track crew.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
- Manage rosters, inventory, maintenance schedules, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor venue performance and collaborate with Head Office on sales, promotions, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, risk management, and emergency procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical or operational issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Represent BattleKart as the local face of the brand positive, professional, and proactive.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or venue management.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management.
- Basic technical knowledge or comfort with digital systems (training provided).
- Availability on weekends and peak periods.
