OzShut roller shutters are Australia's largest independent roller shutter specialist helping secure hundreds of windows for Perth families every week. We have a custom built office and factory to facilitate the growing demand for our product.

With demand continuing to rise we are currently looking to add a call centre manager to our existing successful team. We work together as a team and succeed together as a team.

As part of our existing management team you would be managing a team of outbound call centre staff

- Previous direct sales / telemarketing experience is required

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Employee mentoring program

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Monthly bonus
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malaga, WA 6090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
