**About the Role**
Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on supporting our clients at Sunnyfield? Our Toronto Community Hub is searching for an experienced Service Manager to join the team. As a key leadership role, you will lead the team enabling them to provide support and activities to achieve our clients goals. As a person centred leader you will have a direct hands on role including the development of new programs and supports along with operational administrative responsibilities.
Key focus:
- Develop innovative programs and services to take our business into the future.
- Engage with families, stakeholders and community to build partnerships and deliver solutions.
- Deliver first class services to exceed our clients expectations.
- Lead and support a team of Community Support Workers to execute delivery plans whilst providing a high level of support to our clients.
- Provide coaching and developing opportunities which could also include motivating/growing of staff and address performance within your team
- Contribute to the growth of Sunnyfield through the development and expansion of your service, client acquisition and retention
**About You**
- You are passionate about making a difference As a positive and energetic person you want to contribute and generate new ideas to enhance services.

- You have a flair for creativity, whilst also being organised.
- You will demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with people.
- As an exceptional communicator, you demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Supporting clients with high support needs is something you are passionate about and can demonstrated experience in.
- You are data driven and have previous experience with managing budgets, staff rostering and interpreting individual support plans.
- You are systems savvy with experience working across various systems including Microsoft platforms
