Nextt has an exciting opportunity on a 6 month FTC for an experienced leader in Disability to join our Client Experience team here in Newcastle. This is a rewarding opportunity to manage a portfolio clients. Our Office is based in Toronto, with regular travel across Newcastle.

The Disability Services Manager, also knows as the Client Experience Manager at Nextt, focusses on leading and developing a team of high-performing support workers and Client Experience Leads whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience.

**About You**

The Manager ensures that Nextt Support Workers work closely with clients to help them get the most out of life. They understand the value of having a Support Worker team around the client and coach and support the team to meet the needs, wants, and aspirations of clients.

With this in mind, we ask that you:

- Are a competent leader with exceptional people management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach to solving problems.
- Have a track record of achieving success for clients.
- Can collaborate effectively with others.
- Possess experience in the disability sector, especially with complex mental health diagnosis.
- Are skilled at navigating various systems and proficient in adhering to established protocols.
