**About Us**:

**The Role**:
The Service Delivery Manager reports through to the General Manager - Hunter region and is responsible for the management and monitoring of multiple depots to provide efficient, customer focused services according to the standards and requirements of the commercial contracts with Transport for NSW.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Headcount planning, allocation and management to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Review and manage absenteeism cases, provide counselling and implement action plans to improve the indices.
- Review and manage drivers’ performance and investigate grievances.
- Accident and injuries reporting and reviewing causes of accidents and injury cases.
- Liaising with union representatives and maintaining working relationship with union representatives.
- Maintain good working relationship with schools, local authorities and key community groups.
- Review and approve expenses in accordance with budget allocation.
- Ensuring a healthy, safe and environmental compliant workplace
- Build and maintain a customer-focused culture at the depots.

**About You**:

- Previous leadership roles in the transport industry.
- Experience in bus industry and operations highly desirable.
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiating skills.
- Ability to manage conflict.
