**Position Overview**:
As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling their diverse range of window covering products. Your passion for design, excellent communication skills, and in-depth product knowledge will enable you to guide customers in making informed choices that align with their needs and preferences.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, understanding their window covering requirements and providing expert recommendations.
- Showcase the features, benefits, and design possibilities of External Blinds, Awnings, and Shutter products to drive sales and meet targets.
- Provide personalized consultations, measurements, and quotes to ensure accurate and tailored solutions for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to offer informed insights and advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a sales or product specialist role within the home decor, interior design, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong passion for interior design, architecture, and home improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in measurements and ability to accurately assess spatial requirements.
- Familiarity with window coverings, including External Blinds, Awnings, and Shutters, is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
