We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven NDIS Sales Consultant to join our team.
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Build rapport to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Transition clients into retained accounts, focusing on achieving annual purchase targets.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales initiatives.
- **ROLE REQUIREMENTS**_
- Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in a consultancy business is preferred.
- Strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Exceptional client relationship management and ability to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant business-related qualifications are highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
