Melbourne, Australia Personal Finance Consultant Full time

We’re looking for enthusiastic talent to join our growing Direct Sales function. As a Personal Loan Sales Consultant, you’ll be delivering on our customers' needs by providing excellent customer service for an exceptional fee-free personal loan product.

You’ll ideally have experience in a sales environment (retail, hospitality or call centre) and knowledge of consumer lending products but this isn’t essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and act on customers’ needs and provide efficient, accurate and quality solutions, whilst upholding our company values and compliance requirements
- Have an understanding of consumer finance (personal loans/banking)
- Proactively build great customer relationships through excellent customer service

- Be a team player and actively participate in business initiatives such as quarterly update celebrations and monthly birthday activities
