- Ensure timely and accurate collection, control and coordination of timesheets and dockets
- Ensure all payroll and HR queries are answered in a timely manner
- Document preparation and file maintenance
- Accounting duties, such as receipting and processing orders
- Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on site

**What you’re good at**:
- Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting processing orders and month-end accruals
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
