Accounts and Administration Officer

Due to steady business growth and expansion a great opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the team. This is a part time role for an individual with strong experience in all facets of accounts and office administration.
- Able to manage their time and work to deadlines
- Organised, thorough, and process driven
- Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
- Proficient with Microsoft office and MYOB
- Relevant qualification or 3 years practical accounts experience
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Accounts payable
- Weekly financial and KPI reporting
- Banking
- Accounts Receivable
- Sales reconciliations
- Office administration and support.
- Other routine financial processing and business support
**Who are we?**
A mature growth company with over 18 years’ stable management. The finance team are the cornerstone of financial and administrative support throughout the business. We are a multi-site / multiple entity group and a well-regarded leading brand in WA. The group comprises a central manufacturing facility supplying 6 retail businesses across WA’s Southwest, including our first mobile Food Van café which was recently launched.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
