**Gaming Marketing Executive**

As our Gaming Marketing Executive, you will work collaboratively with our Gaming Marketing team to support and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities across The Star Entertainment Group. You will focus heavily on initiatives to drive gaming visitation, revenue and return on marketing investment

**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Implement Through the Line (TTL) marketing campaigns in the VIP and/or Mass Gaming space for The Star Entertainment Group in order to reach revenue targets and ROMI
- Support initiatives to drive new member acquisition to The Star Club
- Liaise with the Partnership and Sponsorship Manager to complete partnership and sponsorship benefits at a property level to stimulate revenue and generate brand equity
- Refine segments, promotions and campaigns based on evaluation of campaign conversion, for key customer lifecycle segments (acquired, convert, grow, retain, reactivate)
- Build offers for deployment to relevant value segments and develop and monitor success at program, customer segment, and campaign level

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Similar experience in marketing and/ or advertising
- Proven experience leading a team in a high-volume environment managing tight and conflicting deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently lead discussions and manage expectations and demands of team members across multiple jobs
- Understanding of laws as they relate to the organisation, in particular Privacy, Marketing and related laws and ability to understand regulatory legislation
